Some combined ports have a port number joined by '+'. But most have joined by just '.'. Version numbers with '+' look and feel better. But numbers with dots only sometime look discourage. E.g. ru-apache+mod_ssl-1.3.27.30.16.2.8.11 Here is 1.3.27 - apache version, 30.16 - russian patch version, 2.8.11 = mod_ssl version. Portlint unconditionally interpret '+' sign in version number as fatal error. What do you think about standardize number format for combined ports? ---- Sem.
