No, that's not what wish is for.  In fact, wish is for PRs which do
_not_ include patches, but which are probably a good idea.  The idea is
that folks who're looking for a challenge and have idle time on their
hands can troll through the wish list for stuff to do.

This was my intention when I requested the wish Class from Steve Price.
