 the problem is solved with 4.9-RC3 : the same PC boots correctly, even with 
 the USB mouse plugged in
 (checked with bothe install kernel of the iso install CD-ROM, and the GENERIC 
 kernel, when FreeBSD is installed on the hard disk)
