Hi,

I would like to know whether the export control description of TELNET
ENCRYPT is still correct.

In telnet(1), there are following descriptions:

: Note: Because of export controls, the TELNET ENCRYPT option
: is not supported outside of the United States and Canada.

If this description is not appropriate now, how about applying
attached patches?

Thanks,
