As mentioned in the original report, the buildworld is done from a clean 
copy of /usr/src.

Also, I've cvsup'ed RELENG_6_4 from cvsup4.freebsd.org, 
cvsup3.freebsd.org, and cvsup1.freebsd.org.  They all produce the same 
/usr/src tree.
