What about the information on portsnap and cron? It seems "mirrors" was 
the only place in the handbook having this info (although portsnap's man 
page also explains it). Maybe it is worth putting this info somewhere in 
the handbook?

P.S. Thanks for the latest handbook updates! The initial translation of 
your "permissions" patch has already been committed in our mercurial 
repo, and will probably hit the CVS soon ;)
