	creating the newbie list is easy.
	getting people to ask newbie questions on the newbie list is 
	much harder.

	so, we have questions....ask just about anything.
	hackers.....should/better haev technical content.
	and the specific lists, such as freebsd-fs for file systems
	in particular.

	without a moderator how do i keep newbie questions off the other lists?
