I am midstroke on (trying to) shift from linux-f10 to linux-c6 ports/pkgs for linux compatibility, & I deinstalled all of the linux-f10 stuff (which recommended removing the above dir as well as the linuxprocfs) :-) .... problem solved, thx. Now if I could just get some resolution on my linux-c6 problem :-/ .... -- William A.
