 Dear FreeBSD staff,

I wrote mkfile(8) for FreeBSD. Here it is:

 	http://www.infolab.ne.jp/~hatanou/freebsd/mkfile/mkfile.tar.gz

It acts just like SunOS 4.1's mkfile(8).
Could you please consider including it into FreeBSD?
