Luis,

Try grabbing a copy from:
ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/local-distfiles/glewis/eclipse/launchersrc.zip

Just pop it is /usr/ports/distfiles and call make again.

Apparently there's a problem with the ports trying additional mirrors as 
they should.

3.3.1 is being played with now and doesn't require the additional file, 
so the problem will be resolved shortly one way or the other.
