Well, it'll be hard to determine (for me, not knowing any of the kernel well)
whether it's proper for:
	a. return EAGAIN
	b. return ENOMEN
	c. try again, then return EAGAIN/ENOMEM?
But I'm going to start fixing what I can.

It would have been nice for a HEADS UP! or somesuch.
