These cards are supported under the Lance ethernet driver (lnc).  

The PCI one is a bit trickier to configure unless you're running -current.
You have to boot -v and note the memory address given for the AMD card,
and feed that information to the lnc driver.

Current has better support for the PCI version of this card.
