At NYC MakerFaire and spoke to one of the founders. He was very pleased on the continued *BSD focus on it. The PocketBeagle was released on Thursday (https://beagleboard.org/pocket/) with a similar chipset to the regular BeagleBones. It should work fine outside of a newer version of UBoot. None were available for sale, but there is free overnight delivery and they only cost ~$25. Side note: I'm surprised to hear how many they sell a month. I mentioned that having a small armv7 board that was consistent in its chipset, like with the BBBlack, makes porting efforts much easier to handle. If anyone devs want to speak with him one-on-one, ping me offline. He would likely assist on any level. g
