Sure, you have an httpd that has lost it's mind and is eating about half
your CPU and 32 megs of ram.  It's obviously sick and needs to be
killed.  Start with apachectl restart, then kill -15 260, then kill -9
260, and if that doesn't work you're probably going to have to reboot
the box.
