IIRC, it is suggested in the doce for user ppp to _remove_ ``-q30m''
as there is not a permanent connection (I'll re-read it to check).

As someone else suggested, I added ``sendmail -q'' to
/etc/ppp/ppp.linkup, so any mail that couldn't be sent immediately
will go the next time I connect.

I'm rarely connected for more than 2 or 3 minutes.
