  As I write this, I am looking at a paper written by Nick Christenson  
<npc@jpl.nasa.gov> that describes an encrypted telnet that uses  
Diffie-Hellman key exchange to negotiate DES session keys.  Why doesn't  
someone ask him for a copy of his paper.
