Amancio I'm seeing the same problem with su at boot time. Oct 6 16:16:49 gargoyle /kernel: pid 144 (su), uid 70: exited on signal 11 /usr/local/etc/rc.d/postgres95.sh: [ -x /usr/local/postgres95/bin/postmaster ] && su -l postgres -c "/usr/local/postgres95/bin/postmaster &" && echo -n ' postgres95' I can start postgres by hand: sudo /usr/local/etc/rc.d/postgres95.sh works just fine, but su dies at boot time? Humm.... Eric J. Chet - ejc@bazzle.com
