>Environment:

FreeBSD current rc files as of last night (3/27/95)

>Description:

	/etc/rc executes netstart via syslogd
/etc/rc.maint then blows away the utmp file as it clears
	things up.

>How-To-Repeat:

	Boot system, watch syslogd complain

>Fix:

Move the cleanup of /var/run ahead of starting syslogd.

I'd suggest simply executing rc.maint before executing netstart,
but I have not tested this in an NFS configuration. You may need
	to mount /var first (sigh).
