He provides a license which is designed to destroy programmers'
livelihoods by NOT sharing it with them -- while at the same time
making it free to their customers. This is a predatory practice
no more ethical than what Microsoft did to Netscape.

It appears that you wish to justify stealing by calling 
the victim a thief... without justification. Nor would two
wrongs make a right in any case.
