Yes. Incase you havent noticed, the X11AMP port requires OSS.
I believe it even says that if you try running it without OSS installed.

What you can do, is download the statically-linked linux version from the
website, and run it using the linux emulator. works great.

Make sure you use luigi's, voxware doesnt seem to like it, or vice-versa.
