If so, that's quite a tricky proposition from FreeBSD --- you're going to have to create a new NTFS filesystem on what would be ad0s3, and move the current contents of your E: drive onto it *including all the stuff you've just overwritten by creating the new file system*. My best advice to you would be to obtain a copy of Partition Magic (http://www.powerquest.com/partitionmagic/pmdetails.cfm) or a similar package and divide up the E: partition from within W2K.
