Actually, I think it would be best to do it before 5.0, if possible. As people pointed out in the thread with the patch, having real names on the HTML files holding the sections helps a lot WRT search engines: it is much less likely that the search engine would cache a link to outdated information in a file that is never updated because its name changes, because it is much less likely that the file's name would change :) Still, I realize that I may have lingered a bit too much in looking into this and pushing for this change. I will send a patch later today, and then we can see if it is reasonable to include it into the 5.0 release.
