  *  I'm too lazy to pull-out uudecode (shar people! shar! :).  The
  *  3rd word from the left, however, suggests that it does indeed
  *  contain the string "xtris", which is what the person who closed
  *  the pr last time was complaining about. 
 
 The word that is copyrighted is "Tetris".  The message from WC CDROM's
 legal department was about the use of that word in a directory/file
 name or description of the port.
 
 I don't think they patented the game so if the software itself (I mean
 source here) makes no reference to the name "Tetris" at all, we may
 even be able to distribute the distfile/package.  But I would not like
 to push our luck that far.
