The migration scripts are a moving target and thus painful to deal
with. A workaround would be to run this directly from the
source directory, so do a make extract and run it from:

      .../work/opendnssec-2.0.3/enforcer/util/1.4-2.0_db_convert

The next patch should make it possible mitigate this somewhat
and allows for more flexibility.
