Labels Only make sense on dedicated BSD owned parts of a disk

The next changes will just abolish the test for a label, and replace it
with a request to the device handler.
should be transparent to even your setup..
(the disklabel in the linux part will just not be looked at)

I agree that that is an acceptable option.
