Looks like you might need to do the force reinstall the libgnomemm and try 
it again? I don't have any problem in here.. Also, check:

# cd /usr/ports/x11/libgnomemm ; make -V PORTVERSION
1.3.10

# cat pkg-plist | grep pc
libdata/pkgconfig/libgnomemm-2.0.pc
======================================
