Thats not the issue . I have mail from my ISP forwarded to my user account on my domain. so no need for fetchmail and popper. befor i tried this ...all was working great ..I have squirrel mail ( webmail) istalled w/ IMAP and ive been getting my mail that way ...I havent had to use fetchmail & popper for some time now.
