Synopsis: panic: bwrite: buffer is not busy

State-Changed-From-To: open->feedback

State-Changed-Why:
This panic indicates the presence of FS corruption. I see
it regularly with certain hard disks that are known to have
marginal quality. Can you rule out HD failure as the cause?
