It is human nature to want a simple summarization.. a table with simple numbers saying up and down by such and such percent. Often, as in this case, all of the messy details that have been removed in the production of the table mean that the table alone is useless. If you refer to the description of how this survey is conducted, with particular emphasis on what changed between the last run and this run, you will see what happened.
