I think this hack is not necessary.  On systems with lot of Netgraph
nodes, increasing respective sysctls is the way to go.  On one of our
servers, we have the following in /etc/sysctl.conf:

net.graph.recvspace=3D200000
net.graph.maxdgram=3D200000

Mentioning these in the ngctl(8) manpage with the symptoms that it
may fix would be a good idea.
