FYI you can use nat inside ipfw[*]:

ipfw nat 1 config ip 192.168.0.123
ipfw nat 2 config ip 192.168.0.456
...
ipfw add 100 nat 1 all from any to any via [if0]
ipfw add 200 nat 2 all from any to any via [if1]
...

so someone will finally test it... :)
