As part of one of the dependencies from math/dynare, the print/texinfo is pulled and it fails to fetch at least one file. Here is the log:

The upstream project seems to have rerolled the file or something.

cd /usr/ports/print/texinfo && make fetch

Patch is not provided. I contacted the maintainer (johans@) and let him know there's a PR about it.
