 * 1) Just notice that fetch not set correct date/time for
 * ftp-received file :-(

This was intentional, it was a real pain to maintain the sup and ftp
distfiles backup on freefall/wcarchive before.  Now we can easily tell 
what's the latest bits.

 * It really needed, because some packages keeps the same name
 * while package date changes, so it is impossible to determine
 * package version when date always set to current as fetch does now.

That's what files/md5 is for.
