 I found that the cat pages  need to be installed for use with the
 scilab help. So I have modified once again the port to add this, and
 also a simbolic link to xless because scilab expects it to be in the 
 scilab/bin dir.
 
 The new port is uploaded as  Scilab-2.2-port-970316.tgz.
