Al and others, One solution or way to do it would be to get Clonezilla Live CD http://clonezilla.org/clonezilla-live/ Connect both hard drives check carefully which one is the smaller one and select it as the source, and copy it exactly as it is. Let clonezilla do its thing. When finished, shutdown the machine and unplug the old/smaller hard drive and leave the other one plugged in and start the machine. Everything should work normally.
