Dell Inspiron 8200, ACPI enabled, last known good kernel:

    FreeBSD 5.2-CURRENT #9: Mon Jun 28 20:17:00 CEST 2004

It seems the lockups are correlated with heavy network and disk
activity, the box was running 'cvsup' at the moment of the lockup.

It is now running with 'debug.nosleepwithlocks=3D1' and I performed
two cvsup's without problems.

Cheers
