I managed to reproduce this on FreeBSD 13 with SDDM, so the problem is still
there.

However, ck-list-sessions output is a little different now:

x11-display-device: '/dev/ttyv8'
display-device: '/dev/ttyv0'

Both these values don't seem right to me. X starts on ttyv9, and ttyv0 isn't
any special. I'll try diggin into ConsoleKit itself.
