This depends on how the Kayak presents the disks.  If it presents them as
two separate disks, you'll need to figure out what's where.  If it treats
all the disks in the array as one gigantic disk, you need to figure out
where you other disk came from.

Use FDISK and get a good idea of what's where, then try again.  You may
find it helpful to look at the boot probes and see what was assigned to
what; hit SCROLL-LOCK then use the arrow keys from the main install menu.
