This depends on how the Kayak presents the disks. If it presents them as two separate disks, you'll need to figure out what's where. Use FDISK and get a good idea of what's where, then try again. You may find it helpful to look at the boot probes and see what was assigned to what; hit SCROLL-LOCK then use the arrow keys from the main install menu.
