Hi there,

I've just installed FreeBSD 4.4-RELEASE and have had lots of fun
exploring so far (and its been more stable than SuSE 7.3 so far!).
The thing that currently has me stumped is getting cdda2wav to work.

On any CD I try to grab I get the following output:

----

----

I've symlinked /dev/cdrom to /dev/acd1c (my CD/DVD drive). I have
successfully played audio discs that way, just not been able to rip
them to my hdd. It looks like a bug to me -

 'recording -24557649.-3648 seconds'

That just doesn't look right. Can anyone help? If it makes any
difference I recompiled my kernel, stripping out all but the 'I686'
cpu option. Everything else works fine.

Many thanks,

-Darren Hobbs
