No. Isochronous pipes are not supported yet, but work is underway.

Hm, the mechanical specification of the cable is confusing before
coffee. I think it was 6ft / 2m.

You'll notice that when connecting full speed devices they will drop
packets and get unwanted timeouts. Low speed devices are more tolerant.
