When I clicked on that my computer is in UTC, then why was I prompted for a list of countries? That was what was confusing for me. I think that in my 3.3 version, when I hit yes there, it just stopped and went on as that was enough information. Anyways, knowing what is going on behind the pretty script makes things significantly easier.
