Good people,

is there way to assign priorities to Cx states, so, for instance
C3 would be used more often at the price of performance degradation?

I would assume that cooking up _CST entry and lying about latency
could possibly do the trick, but before I go that route, I'd rather
ask whether there is a better way.

Any feedback will be appreciated.
