Nothing unusual.

When you do a `make install' in a gnu documentation directory, only
foo.info.gz is installed.  foo.info-1, foo.info-2, etc. will be ignored.

make install in any gnu documentation directory.
>Fix:
It looks like the problem is with bsd.info.mk, but I don't know BSD make
syntax well enough to suggest a patch.
