Hello,

I see there were problems with the missing file "freebsd.css" today, so
I investigated a bit with my own in-house mirror of www.freebsd.org
which already should exhibit the problem.

What I found was that Netscape 4.77 was really unable to display any of
the pages that missed the .css file, but Mozilla showed them no
problem. Of course all browsers that do not handle CSS at all (like w3m)
were also fine.

I thought just my HUF 0.02
