Does your LD_LIBRARY_PATH contain /usr/X11R6/lib?
If not try the setting the following and see if it works:

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}:/usr/X11R6/lib; export LD_LIBRARY_PATH

libXext.so.6 comes from xorg-libraries-6.8.2. It looks like "jconsole"
needs it.
