I would just take some text from
https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=3DCVE-2020-24977=20
and look at the related links there, for example
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libxml2/-/issues/178=20

Some existing entries in the vuln.xml also just use=20
<p>Mitre CVE reports:</p>=20
there.

So, I wouldn't spend too much time on that :)
