How do I stop getting these emails. This incident happened over a month ago. On Fri Jul 5 10:40:05 2002, the user root was editing a file named fstab on the machine , when it was saved for recovery. You can recover most, if not all, of the changes to this file using the -r option to vi: vi -r fstab I get tham every time the machine reboots.
