There are services where you can redirect http://yourip:81 to yourdomain.com
or yourdomain.ods.org - if you have a domain, you can use ZoneEdit.com and
make a webforward to your webservers port (not 80).  If you dont have a
domain, ods.org offers the same type of service.  See
http://www.zoneedit.com/doc/faq.html#faq21 for more details.
