Ok great to know thats what Ive been asking since yesterday morning.
At least now I know its a major gui problem for everyone in patch1.

I have tried it with several window managers like black box, mwm (motif),
and icewm. I will try to see other screenmanagers too. Im sure its a 
ridiculous
problem in the java source since all the rest works good, just a display 
problem,
Ill take a look at the source if I have time and let you know if I find 
something.
